Premium Super Negin grade
Super Negin is recognised as a premium saffron grade, valued for long, vibrant red strands and excellent culinary performance. Our Afghan saffron is selected to deliver strong colour, aroma and flavour in rice, tea, desserts and traditional recipes.
How to use saffron
Gently crush a few strands and steep them in a small amount of warm water or milk for around 10–20 minutes. Add the infused liquid and strands to rice, biryani, desserts, tea or other recipes.
