Shipping Policy

Prophetic Blends Ltd delivers orders throughout the United Kingdom.

UK Delivery

• UK delivery in 2–3 business days: from £2.95 (final charge shown at checkout)

• FREE UK delivery on orders of £50 or more

UK orders are normally delivered within 2–3 business days of placing your order. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. This is an estimated delivery timeframe; occasional delays may occur.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

European and international orders

Ordering from Europe? Enter your delivery country and address at checkout to see the shipping options and final delivery charge available for your basket. Shipping charges depend on the destination and parcel weight.

For Ireland and the Netherlands, our currently configured Standard International service estimates 3–17 business days. Check the delivery estimate shown at checkout for your destination; international delivery can take longer than UK delivery.

The free delivery offer on orders of £50 or more applies to UK deliveries only.

If checkout does not offer a shipping option, or you are planning a large order, please contact us with your country, postcode, products and quantities before ordering. European retailers and clinics can use our wholesale enquiry page; the minimum order is 12 units of each product, with delivery arrangements confirmed by quotation.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, public holidays or unusually high demand. If you experience a problem with your delivery, please contact us.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery information.
