Returns and cancellations

For eligible online purchases, contact us within 14 days after receiving your order if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy for eligibility, exceptions, return instructions, postage and refunds. Your statutory rights are not limited by this policy.

This 14-day change-of-mind policy applies to new orders placed from 17 October 2026. Any longer returns period agreed when an earlier order was placed continues to apply to that order.
