Returns and cancellations

For eligible online purchases, contact us within 14 days after receiving your order if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Some exceptions apply, including certain perishable goods and sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. These exceptions do not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

For return instructions, eligibility, postage and refund information, please read our Refund & Returns Policy. Contact info@propheticblends.co.uk with your order number before sending an item back.

Eligible cancellation refunds include the standard outbound delivery charge where required by law. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery method may not be refundable. Your statutory rights are not limited by this policy.

This 14-day change-of-mind policy applies to new orders placed from 17 October 2026. Any longer returns period agreed when an earlier order was placed continues to apply to that order.

Order processing and customer support are separate from optional marketing choices. Continuing to browse this website does not by itself provide consent to optional cookies or marketing.
