Prophetic Blends Ltd – Refund & Returns Policy
At Prophetic Blends Ltd, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights when cancelling an order, returning an item, or reporting a damaged, faulty or incorrect product.
Cancelling an order
For products that qualify for cancellation under UK consumer law, you normally have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel it. You then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Some products are exempt from cancellation rights, including certain perishable goods and sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.

Return eligibility
Where a product is eligible for return, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused and, where applicable, unopened and in its original packaging.
Please do not return an item without first contacting us so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Food, perishable and hygiene-sensitive product
Because we sell food, consumable and hygiene-sensitive products, some items may not be eligible for return after they have been opened or their protective seal has been broken.
Perishable products may also be exempt from the normal cancellation right where the law permits.
This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If an item is damaged, faulty, incorrect or otherwise not as described, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@propheticblends.co.uk.
Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights, which may include a replacement or refund.
Return postage
If you are returning an eligible item because you have changed your mind, you will normally be responsible for the cost of returning it unless we tell you otherwise.
If a return is required because the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will handle reasonable return arrangements or costs as appropriate.
We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning goods, as you remain responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method. We will process refunds within the time required by applicable UK consumer law. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Where applicable, refunds following cancellation will include the standard outbound delivery charge required by law. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method may not be refundable.
Non-returnable items
Unless faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise required by law, we may be unable to accept returns of:
- Perishable goods or products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Opened food or consumable products where return is not appropriate.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
- Personalised, bespoke or made-to-order products where the applicable legal exemption applies.
- Gift cards, where applicable and permitted by law.

Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If goods are faulty, not as described or do not meet the standards required by law, you may have additional rights and remedies.
