What is rosehip honey?

Rosehip honey is honey combined or infused with rosehip fruit, giving it a different flavour profile from plain floral honey. Rosehip can add a gentle fruit character and mild tartness alongside the natural sweetness of honey.

What makes Siberian Rosehip Honey distinctive?

This variety combines Siberian floral honey with rosehip fruit. The result is a creamy infused honey with a balance of floral sweetness and fruit-led tartness. Its Great Taste 2026 1-Star award provides independent recognition of its flavour and overall eating quality.

How to compare rosehip infused honey

When comparing rosehip honey, check the stated origin, whether the product is plain honey or an infused honey, the ingredient information, texture, flavour profile and seller transparency. Natural honey can vary between harvests, so some changes in colour or texture are normal.

How to enjoy

Stir into warm tea, drizzle over Greek yoghurt or porridge, spread over toast, pair with fruit or desserts, or simply enjoy a spoonful on its own.
